Inter-relationship or interaction between various central offices<\/h4>\n

1. In the Church<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Our collaboration is based on the theological and moral teachings of the Church.<\/li>\n
  • Juridically the Canon Law binds us and prevails over our Constitutions and Laws which need the approval of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of the Peoples who is the ‘authentic interpreter of our Constitutions’ (art 12). Note that we are talking of ‘Constitutions’ and not of ‘Laws’.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

Corr\u00e9lation ou interaction entre les diff\u00e9rents organes centraux<\/h4>\n

1. En \u00c9glise<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Notre marge de man\u0153uvre tient compte des enseignements dogmatiques et de th\u00e9ologie morale de l\u2019\u00c9glise.<\/li>\n
  • Juridiquement le droit canon nous lie et prime sur nos Constitutions qui, pour entrer en vigueur, ont besoin de l\u2019approbation de la Congr\u00e9gation pour l\u2019\u00c9vang\u00e9lisation des Peuples, \u00ab v\u00e9ritable interpr\u00e8te de nos Constitutions \u00bb (art. 12). Noter ici qu\u2019on parle de \u2018Constitutions\u2019 et non de \u2018Lois\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2. In the SMA<\/h4>\n

Administrative organs and the texts that they approve<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Constitutions<\/strong> are voted in the General Assembly and approved by the Congregation for hte Evangelisation of the Peoples.<\/li>\n
  • Laws<\/strong> are the texts of the General Assembly promulgated by the Superior General.<\/li>\n
  • Decrees, Decisions and other legislative texts (directories, protocols…etc) are published by the Superior General.<\/li>\n
  • Decisions taken by the Plenary Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The hierarchy of the decisions follow the hierarchy of the administrative organs.<\/td>\n
