However, it is necessary to do so if it is to serve better. Leaders have not only the right but also the duty to care for themselves in order to better care for members.\n\nOmitting self-care is like running a taxi without servicing it: it will burn the engine, break, or even harm its beneficiaries. It may lead to Stress, Burnout, Discouragement, disappointment\u2026 Leaders who experience these end up bitter, discouraged during and after their mandate.\n\nSelf-caring leaders increase the possibility of blooming and blossoming enough during their mandate that they can remain fruitful through their mandate (not just surviving it).\u00a0 They will be well enough to be able to take care of their members. Mais la visite est n\u00e9cessaire pour le taxi de continuer de servir, sinon lui-m\u00eame il va se casser, ou m\u00eame bruler. En brulant, il risque de bruler aussi ses passagers. Le leader n\u2019a pas seulement le droit mais aussi le devoir de prendre soin de lui-m\u00eame, en vue de mieux prendre soin des membres de son organisation.<\/em>\n\n<i>Le manque de soin de soi au leader peut amener au stress, au burnout (\u00e9puisement grave), d\u00e9couragement, d\u00e9ception\u2026 Le leader qui vit ces situations peut \u00eatre amer et d\u00e9\u00e7u Durant et apr\u00e8s son mandat.<\/i>\n\n<i>Le leader qui prend bon soin de lui-m\u00eame augmente la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9panouir par l\u2019exercice de son mandat, d\u2019\u00eatre fructueux (non seulement de survivre). Il sera assez-bien pour s\u2019occuper des autres qu\u2019il dirige.
