This provision by canon 619 of 1983 Code imposes certain obligations on superiors in terms of taking care of their members. Since the wellbeing of members are entrusted to superiors by God, the exercise of this duty must be seen as a pastoral service. This implies that the care to be given must go beyond the social or the physical. It must necessarily touch on the spiritual, the salvation of members.<\/p>\n

We will see in detail the care for members from the following administrative areas:<\/p>\n

  3. Food and drink<\/li>\n
  4. Tyrocinium<\/li>\n
  5. Holidays<\/li>\n
  6. Retirement<\/li>\n

  8. Crisis and trauma<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La disposition du Canon 619 du Code de 1983 impose certaines obligations aux sup\u00e9rieurs en mati\u00e8re de prise en charge des membres. Etant donn\u00e9 que le bien-\u00eatre des membres est confi\u00e9 aux sup\u00e9rieurs par Dieu, l\u2019exercice de cette tache doit \u00eatre vu comme un service pastoral. Ce qui veut dire que le soin \u00e0 donner aux confr\u00e8res doit aller au-del\u00e0 du social ou du physique. Il doit n\u00e9cessairement toucher le cot\u00e9 spirituel et le salut des membres.<\/i><\/p>\n
